Through this website we offer information about our services, gated case studies, free tools (SEO Inspector, AI Crawler Control, Docs to Blocks), the Alicia product, and the ability to request proposals and strategy sessions. The site, its content, branding, the Alicia product and our tools are owned by J6 Venture or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view the site and to use our free tools for their intended purpose. Everything not expressly granted is reserved.
Our free tools (including SEO Inspector, AI Crawler Control and Docs to Blocks) are provided as-is to help you work. Each may carry its own licence and privacy notice, which applies to that tool. We may update, change or discontinue a tool at any time. You are responsible for testing any tool in your own environment before relying on it in production.
Access to Alicia is provided under the engagement or subscription agreement we enter into with you, which sets out fees, scope, data handling and service commitments. These website terms apply to your general use of Alicia; where the engagement agreement is more specific, it controls.
A proposal we share with you is an offer to provide services on the terms set out in it, valid for the period stated. It does not become a binding engagement until both parties accept it in writing. Estimates, timelines and projected outcomes in a proposal are good-faith expectations, not guarantees.
SEO, content and AEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms, competition and your own site and market. We bring real expertise and effort, but we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue. Any figures or case studies on this site describe past results for specific clients and are not a promise of similar results for you.
The website, tools and content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, J6 Venture will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the website or free tools. Our total liability for anything arising from the free website and tools is limited to the amount you paid us for them, which for the free offerings is zero. Liability under a paid engagement is governed by that engagement’s agreement.
You agree to indemnify J6 Venture against claims and costs arising from your misuse of the site or tools, or your breach of these terms.
The site may link to third-party sites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their inclusion is not an endorsement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts there have jurisdiction, unless a signed engagement agreement says otherwise. We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
