Why own it

Pay once for scheduling. Not every month.

Hosted scheduling works, but it runs on someone else's domain and someone else's server, and charges you per seat forever. Calendar by J6 Venture gives you the same experience on your own domain, on your own server, with no per-seat fee.

The product

A booking flow invitees finish in seconds.

Everything hosted scheduling does, plus a few things it cannot, built into your WordPress and yours for life.

Pick a time

No account, no back-and-forth.

Your invitee opens the page, sees real-time availability, picks a slot, and it is booked. The calendar invite is already in their inbox.

  • No login for invitees, ever.
  • Live free/busy so a taken slot is never offered.
  • Instant confirmation and add-to-calendar.
Team & scale

Your whole team, never double-booked.

Every host connects their own Google or Outlook calendar. Availability is checked in real time across all of them, so a slot taken anywhere is never offered here.

  • Multi-host, each on their own calendar and page.
  • Real-time free/busy across Google and Outlook.
  • Per-host links that unfurl as a rich share card.

Your brand

It looks like your site, not a widget.

Theme the whole booking experience to your brand: light or dark, your accent colour, your logo. A photo-forward personal page and a short link that unfurls as a rich social card.

  • Light or dark to your accent colour.
  • A personal page per host, worth sharing.
  • On your domain, so it earns your SEO.
Round-robin & collective

Booking that fits how your team works.

Send incoming bookings round-robin so meetings are shared evenly across the team, or collective so everyone who needs to be there lands in one slot.

  • Round-robin sends each booking to whoever is free and least busy.
  • Collective offers only slots the whole team can make, on one shared invite.
  • Work spreads evenly and fairly, automatically.
  • One event, one link, however many people are behind it.

Common questions

The things buyers ask us.

One-click install, connect a calendar, share a link. The managed Connect editions connect Google or Outlook in a single click. The free self-hosted edition uses OAuth credentials from your own Google Cloud or Azure account.
Only that you can create your own Google or Outlook app (an OAuth client) in your own account. If you would rather skip that, the $49 and $99 Connect editions do it for you in one click.
No. It renders natively with no heavy third-party widget, so your Core Web Vitals stay healthy. And because booking lives on your own domain, it helps your SEO rather than sending traffic to a third party.
Tokens and bookings stay on your own server. There is no J6 backend in the self-hosted edition, and the managed Connect broker is stateless. It stores no tokens and no user data. The plugin requests calendar and basic-profile scopes only, never mail.
You pay once. Lifetime updates means every future version at no renewal, for as long as you use it. No subscription, no per-seat fee.
Because it is self-hosted, nothing can switch it off. The version you download runs entirely on your own WordPress, so it keeps working whether or not new updates ship. There is no J6 server in the free edition to go dark, so you are never one company's shutdown away from losing your booking page. That is the point of owning it.
Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365, with a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link added to every booking automatically.
Yes. Add your own Stripe, Razorpay or PayPal link to any meeting type. You keep 100%, there is no platform cut.
WordPress 6.0 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer, HTTPS, and a working WordPress mail transport for confirmations and reminders. It runs on any standard host.

Book on your site. Own it for life.

Meetings on your site, in your brand, for one price. Forever.
