7-day refund, no questions asked

You can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, for any reason. You do not need to give us a reason or explain anything. We will refund the full amount you paid, back to your original payment method.

After 7 days, all sales final

Once the 7-day window has passed, your purchase is non-refundable. This applies to every product and every licence type we sell, including one-time and “lifetime” purchases.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address you used to buy, and include your order or payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Changes to products and features

We improve our products continuously. We reserve the right to add, change, improve or remove features, and to change our pricing, plans and packaging, at any time. A feature being changed, added or removed is not, on its own, grounds for a refund outside the 7-day window in Section 1.

What “lifetime” means, and fair use

Where a product is offered with “lifetime” access, “lifetime” means the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser, and it is provided on a fair-use basis.

• It means you may use the current version, and the updates we release, for as long as we continue to offer and maintain that product, without a recurring subscription fee.
• It is not a guarantee of perpetual availability, and it does not obligate us to maintain, update or operate any product indefinitely.
• If we discontinue a product, or if a third-party service a product relies on (for example, Google’s or Microsoft’s calendar or sign-in services) changes its terms, pricing or availability, or is withdrawn, this does not entitle you to a refund outside the 7-day window in Section 1.
• Where a product offers a self-hosted option, you can keep using it independently of our managed services. For example, the Calendar plugin runs in a “bring your own app” mode: if our one-click Connect service is ever discontinued, you can switch to your own free Google or Microsoft app and carry on, and your data is preserved.
• Fair use means using the product for its intended purpose, within the limits of your licence (for example, the number of seats, sites or hosts your plan covers). It does not include reselling, redistributing or sharing the product or its licence keys, or using it in a way that abuses shared infrastructure.

In short: a lifetime licence saves you recurring fees for as long as the product lives. It is not a promise that the product, or the services it connects to, will run forever, but where a self-hosted option exists, you can keep working even if our managed services change.

Licence misuse & revocation

Each licence is sold for your own use, within the limits of your plan. If you share, resell, redistribute or publish a product or its licence keys, use them beyond the seats, sites or hosts your plan covers, or otherwise breach the fair-use terms in Section 5, we may permanently revoke the licence, with no refund, including within the 7-day window. We may do this without prior notice where misuse is clear.
