Getting started

Five steps from install to your first booking.

  1. Install & activate. Upload the plugin to WordPress and activate it. Run one edition at a time, the self-hosted edition or the managed Connect edition, not both.
  2. Connect your calendar. On the Calendar Integration screen, connect Google or Microsoft Outlook. The managed edition connects in one click; the self-hosted edition uses OAuth credentials from your own Google Cloud or Azure account.
  3. Add your team & meeting types. Add hosts, then create meeting types: duration, location, custom questions, and an optional payment link.
  4. Set availability. Choose the hours and days you take meetings. Busy times on the connected calendar are blocked automatically.
  5. Share your link. Your booking page lives on your own domain. Share the link, or drop the floating booking button on any page.

Common questions

Which calendars can I connect?
Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365. A host connects one provider; bookings sync to that calendar and get a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link accordingly. Teams links require a work or school Microsoft 365 account.
What does the plugin access? Does it read my email?
No. It requests calendar and basic-profile permissions only. There are no mail scopes, so it cannot read or send email from your Google or Microsoft account. Confirmation and reminder emails go through your own WordPress mail setup. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
Confirmation or invite emails are not arriving.
The plugin sends through WordPress' own wp_mail(). On many hosts that mail is unreliable until you add a proper transport (SMTP, or an API mailer such as Resend). Install a mail plugin, confirm a test email arrives, then re-test a booking.
How do I reconnect or switch a calendar?
Open Calendar Integration, disconnect the host's current provider, then connect the one you want. Disconnecting removes the stored tokens immediately; reconnecting refreshes the host's name and photo from the account.
How do invitees reschedule or cancel?
Every confirmation and reminder email carries reschedule and cancel links that work with no login and no account. Reminders, including a morning-of nudge, go out in the invitee's own timezone.
Can I take custom questions and payment before a meeting?
Yes. Each meeting type can add short-answer and multiple-choice questions and an optional payment link (any Stripe, Razorpay or PayPal link). When payment is required the slot is held and the invitee is routed to your link; you confirm from the Bookings screen.
I see a notice that another edition is active.
Run exactly one edition per site. Keep the one you want active and delete the other. Your data is shared between them and is preserved unless you turn on the drop-on-uninstall option.
How do I remove my data?
Disconnect a calendar to remove its tokens; uninstall to remove plugin data per your uninstall setting. If you booked a meeting on someone else's page and want it removed, contact the site you booked on, or email us and we will route the request.
